2. Description of Service
Scanly provides a dynamic QR code creation, management, and analytics platform. Users can create QR codes that redirect through our servers, enabling real-time destination changes and scan tracking.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Scanly offers paid subscription plans billed on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. New accounts receive a free trial period. After the trial ends, continued use requires an active subscription. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Distribute malware or phishing content via QR codes.
- Create QR codes linking to illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
- Abuse the platform through automated or excessive API requests.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology of Scanly are the property of Scanly. QR codes and content you create remain your property, but you grant Scanly a license to host and serve that content through the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Scanly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your QR codes will stop redirecting and your data may be deleted.
