  • Scan analytics — when someone scans your QR code, we record the approximate location (city/country via IP lookup), device type, browser, and timestamp. We do not track individual end-users across scans.
  • Payment information — processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and maintain your account and QR codes.
  • To provide scan analytics and reports.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To send important service notifications (e.g. trial expiry, account updates).
  • To improve the platform and develop new features.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (hosting, payment processing, email delivery) strictly to operate the Service.
