How do I create a QR code?
Log in to your dashboard, click "Create QR Code", choose a type (URL, vCard, PDF, etc.), enter your content, customize the design, and hit Create. Your QR code is ready to download and share.
What is a dynamic QR code?
A dynamic QR code redirects through Scanly's servers. This means you can change the destination anytime without reprinting the code, and you get scan analytics (location, device, time).
How do I change where my QR code points?
Go to Dashboard → QR Codes, click on your code, and update the destination. The change takes effect instantly — no need to reprint.
How does the free trial work?
New accounts get a 5-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. After the trial, you'll need an active subscription to keep your QR codes working.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard → Subscription and click "Manage Subscription". You can cancel anytime. Your QR codes will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my QR codes if I cancel?
After your subscription expires, your QR codes will stop redirecting and show an expiration page instead. Reactivate your subscription at any time to restore them.
Can I convert my existing printed QR code to a dynamic one?
Yes! Use our "Convert to Dynamic" feature. Upload a photo of your existing QR code or paste the link it points to, and we'll create a new dynamic QR code you can manage and track.
What QR code types are available?
Scanly supports URL, vCard (contact card), PDF, Menu, Wi-Fi, Social Media, Business Page, Video, Plain Text, and App Download QR codes.
How do I use the Email Signature Maker?
Go to Dashboard → Email Signature. Fill in your details, upload a photo, choose colors, and copy the signature to paste into your email client's settings.
